Presentation by Flint Development, Prairie Village Kansas, of a conceptual plan that proposes to develop approximately 128 acres of land in the Village of Somers Growth Area, west of I-94 into a speculative industrial project.  Parcels 82-4-221-131-0203, 82-4-221-131-0210 and 82-4-221-131-0301 have been attached to the Village of Somers per the terms of the Intergovernmental Agreement between the Village of Somers; Town of Paris and City of Kenosha.  The parcels, currently in agricultural use, lay immediately south of 12th Street with frontage on 12th Street and the west frontage road.
  1. Discussion on Flint proposal.  Intent of discussion is to provide feedback and guidance to Flint to help them draft formal petitions to the Village of Somers for possible land use map amendment, rezoning and conditional use permit, which would be considered at public hearings for those matters at future dates.
